I guess it has been awhile since, I have posted something to this blog...
I hope I am doing this right.
Second day of not having a dish washer. Ours flooded the kitchen Friday night.  Just what I wanted to do Friday night, after a LONG day taking parents here and there.  NOT...

But I did it.  Mopped the kitchen.  And every since then we have been eating our main meals on paper plates and paper cups.  Only time I want todo this in when they is a Hurricane pounding down on us and we have to.  I am trying with all my might to convince my mother to buy a new dishwasher.  Maybe if I keep after her she will.  I know what dad wants to do, put a band aid on it. By having the family plumber come out.

If it had been up to me. I would have gone out Saturday morning to the local appliance store and bought a new dish washer, had the old one hauled away and new one put in. Sure we would have been inconvenienced a little bit.  But sure would have been better than putting up with this.  Which is beginning to grate on my very last nerve.

Looks to be a pretty day here in paradise.  Maybe I will get in a bike ride after dinner if I am extremely lucky.  I try and ride my bike couple times a week.  Payed mega bucks for the bike. Might as well use it.
Gas prices get to be much higher around here. I am getting a golf cart to get errands around town done.  Mom thinks I am joking I am not.
